With more than 30 years of professional experience, beginning with a career in the military in 1995 and progressing into cyber security, information assurance, risk management and supplier security, Anthony brings a practical and pragmatic approach to helping organisations manage security risk.
His career has spanned security consultancy, information assurance, supplier security, risk management and governance, with particular experience in procurement, technology and third-party environments. He has worked with organisations to establish security requirements, assess risks, provide assurance and help embed effective security controls across complex environments.
Anthony believes good cyber security should enable organisations to succeed, not get in the way of them. His approach is to understand the organisation, its objectives and the risks it faces, and then help put the right security measures in place to support those objectives. He brings a wealth of experience across complex security and business environments, focusing on practical solutions that work in the real world.
His approach is deliberately pragmatic: Cyber Initiative does the heavy lifting, translates complex security requirements into clear practical advice, and helps clients understand the rationale behind the approach so they can make informed decisions.
